I would not find it unusual for GOR to want to be involved with 19.99% as single biggest shareholder? and not crazy from DEG's perspective.....GOR is a potential source if capital directly and has close contacts with JV partner mining giant Gold Fields... though a big shareholder does not need have director representation to be involved ....GLTAH
