can i add that maybe mr market is punishing esg for the perception that directors will not act in the interests of all shareholders

you dont have to look far for evidence to support that idea and their apalling behavior re oip is telling

i am asking myself what are the chances of a backroom deal with sto (or someone else) which delivers sweet fa to retail investors? if there is no backroom deal why are sto not pouncing at this price? cynical i know

i guess sto might like to get control for near $1 or wait til 20 jan 2011 to make the big move. if nothing happens before that date it might be a good time to load up.
