It would be nice to get A$1.62 - using the present exchange rate - however using the BHP example, the divi exchange rate was about 1% higher than the going rate when announced.
Its up to WDS to decide the exchange rate - then they announce it on or abouts Sept 14
NAB presently have divi forecast @ A$1.589 and when add the franking credit of 68c = total A$2.27, which is a lot more than the drop today
Todays close of $32.10 is 25c above the VWAP
Certainly bargains to be had for those who bought early in the day
