I have no idea how this could be considered imminent

Once the EPA authorises the release of the ERD, it has to go through a public review (i.e. it will be published for everyone to see, this step won't be behind closed doors so we will know exactly when this step happens)

The public review lasts 4 weeks.

Then as per the ESD (which the EPA don't seem to be following anyway), the EPA then have 3 weeks to compile the comments and send them to VRX.

So even if the ERD was published next Monday, what the presentation says is imminent is at a minimum 2 months away...........
