re: Ann: Freshtel Restructures Business and U... She's a mess. Has been a controlled slide into misery for the past 3 years. Everyone could see it coming but management failed to arrest it. Imagine, they had like $20 cash about 3 years ago.

And now has just taken out a $1M loan from her largest shareholder Custodial. No doubt backed to the hilt with assets. Sounds chillingly like CVI, lol.

Interesting read that last ann, seems they are grooming it for sale based on the $29M tax loss. Plenty of good prospects there to take advantage of the losses including iiNet & TPG.

Provided they can find a buyer in the same industry that can use the loss legally this could actually be worth 5-10X current value.

I can't believe I am saying that Freshtel could actually be a 10 bagger, might be worth grabbing a little, lol.
