Looking at it logically, I think they'd want at least $1-2 discount off market rate in exchange for the upfront cash. I could see something in the $7-10 range as being reasonable....likely the higher end. I would be surprised if MEL didn't make at least $4m per annum out of this, just a matter of how the repayment of the prepayment works.
