    Not to mention, the price of $1.36 was (most likely) under the assumption that our ownership was 51% after the sale to CATH (doesn't take into account the 15% from Cominiere)

    Hypothetically, once the AVZ's % goes to 66% upon completion of purchase from Cominere, I would assume that our SP may go to $2.63

    I.e. $2.04 / 55% * 66%
