well put 2ic - and 2 yrs to production takes an enormous amount of "faith" even at these sp prices that $4.40 is reasonable value and that u wont be able to buy in at much better prices in between now and prod in the classic desert window that sp's fall into during construction etc etc on top of that inflation could do real damage to costs in both op costs and construction

i really liked HAS and had thought i missed the boat going to $5.50 - another woulda shoulda coulda - but gee thank goodness i did not do a fomo - so i now have 2 yrs to monitor and hopefully get in closer to prod. - even if that sp is higher than $4.40

good luck long termers it will happen but in this environment 2 days seems a long time!!!!
