Almost three months in with the new CEO (27/6/22). A picture is worth a thousand words.






Not a single trade since Monday afternoon.

Steven, you proceeded to read us the corporate presentation, however failed to specifically announce strategies that would grow the share price.

You did however:
1. Announce the cancellation of the SARS/Monash research.
2. Highlight furthers delays to the IND submissions for IMM-124E.
3. Highlight further delays to the NMRC trials.
4. Announce further delays to the USU IMM-124E field clinical trial.
5. Announce that the entire IMM-529 C.diff IND submission/trial is under review and may be abandoned altogether. Or at best will be significantly delayed. The compounds manufacture was to have been completed in the first half of this year, and the IND was to have been submitted this half.

So I ask you Steven.

1. How do the above actions increase the share price?
2. How will your closing statement from the webinar, words to the effect of “Delivering on what you promise…..” be achieved?

I would like to remind you that the USU, and the NMRC are submitting the IND’s, they are performing the trials etc. so how, having once again kicked the numerous timelines down the line into the future. How will you deliver what you promise when Immuron holds no direct control over these submissions and trials?
