I think that's a fair call. The last cap raising happened just before Acne Phase 2 results, and we know what happened to the share price following that! I would have given BOT more credit this time though because of SB, but like you, the market is apprehensive and wants to see some runs on the board before committing I think. That said, BOT were able to easily raise $7m at 6.6c, so that says a little. Fingers crossed for SB progress and good trial results shortly.
