bro i wouldnt stress on broker data, likely buying and selling to themselves or selling across funds to paint the tape and stack depth.

it'll be held in range and soaked until the confirmation of shipment and pricing is released. due this month. then they'll let her rip. no way a penny does this much volume day after day but stands still unless its being churned internally. its like 1% of SOI being turned over everyday... more if you go back a month or two... that would mean in 100 days (or less) the entire register has been refreshed and everyone is holding at 17c ish... as the floor. now its unlikely the entire register is for sale (long term holders, manage etc) so probably more like 5% of available shares churning daily.... c'mon thats not sustainable without a big move up... or down if expectations arent met.

so just hold the line and see where we are in the first week of october
