So there is a little more to play out to this Ida situation....... but sheesh we're talking about the company not spending some cash back in 2010/2011..... that was 12 years ago.... surely there is a statute of limitations on this kinda thing?
Anyway sounds like it's time for the new MD to earn that huge paycheck and get on the blower to the minister of mines to get this sorted.
