Remember franking credits do not apply to all sh's, may vary according to individual tax situation, and in any case is something of refund of previously paid tax, quite misleading to include franking credits when calculating the precise dividend payout. Understand the temptation to embellish the actual dividend, was lower than expected and the overall result was miss.
