CNP has more active leases with Dollar Tree than any other tenant (pg 26 supplemental)

Total GLA being leased by Dollar Tree as at 30 June 09 was 1,287,880 sqft. Total Annual Base Rent generated from Dollar Tree tenancies was $11,443,769 (Pg 26)

Total approx dollar per sq ft is $11,443,769/1,287,880 = $8.89 per sqft

Given this lease is for 12,000 sqft, this lease may be worth $106,629 (12,000 x $8.89) per annum for CNP if its other leases with Dollar Tree is anything to go by.
