I can add to that as he spoke about this at the Melbourne event. Decision on this likely by the end of September and he knows of 5 other companies that met the criteria that put a bid in (some made it public, others not). It will likely be decided on the lowest price though he wouldn't divulge obviously what price the PEN bid was, but I had the impression it wouldn't be the highest. It would be a positive news catalysts for PEN if selected as one of the suppliers.
