Ok looking at the risk and input from a few posters it appears fair value for ivz at this stage for the risk and reward is approx 23c
Now this is bang in the money where pac/ivz management has raised funds from investors
Sure the share price was 30c but the price can often overshoot and undershoot, sure if you held shares you’d be disappointed the price dropped but you are also happy the company has not had to farm out so your upside is increased
So from that I think the company has raised funds at a fair value and the investing for this and market risk was the options to the sophisticated investors
