Fortunately, a little effort will get the facts on whether 708A Notices were sent for all the placement ('without disclosure') shares that were issued.

APG has gone to the Federal Court with an application for relief from non adherence with disclosure requirements in period between 2016 and 2019.

There were 7 placements in the period 2016 to 2019.
These are the facts for each placement separately.
From the ASX copy of the 708A notice (top line). You can see the date of issue, total shares issued, what type of investor got the shares.
The information in Annexure A, (which is included in the Federal Court filings) is on the second line. It shows the the time frame over which the ('without disclosure') shares were issued, how many tranches went to how many investors, total shares issued, who was the investor.

10 Feb 2016 - 19 Feb 2016: issued 2 tranches to 1 investor - 8 million shares - all to Notsag
