we've had various social experiments over time with autocracies, dictatorships and more recently communisam and its slightly milder socialist derivatives....all proven to be woefully lacking, hindrance to social, economic technological development and very often directly harmful to human welfare.
Liberal Democracies with free market economies, minimal interference from the state, has proven to be the best.
