objectively thinking, Nuix is not in a position to be sold off, unless legal woes see the light of day. Period.
Try thinking more objectively.
Potential acquirer could either:
1) buy the equity & be responsible for the liability, if they felt they were getting the assets cheap enough
2) Carve the assets out of the company & buy those directly, leaving liability in the company
