Yes, there seems to be a pretty bumpy history as you pointed out.
The restructure making it an American owned company is positive moving forward, as long as they can deliver the goods.
Other than the battery fire certification with Emera, I haven't found any other connections. They do use a blend of NG and SG, which begs the question, where will they get their SG from? Especially now the Inflation Reduction Act is in play.
Given EnerDel and Kore power are not a publicly listed companies, they do not need to disclose business activities openly. It makes it hard too get a good look in.
As you pointed out, Kore Power seems like a more likely candidate, but, I can't see a connection to Emera Technologies with publicly available information.
