Thats a market price and if you looked at volumes the last 6 to 12 months you'd see they are so minimal and insignificant that the price is rather useless and has been for some time. If you feel its too low and isnt reflecting what you believe is ths true value of the company, Benjamin Graham would say you have an undervalued stock and over time the market being a weighing machine will value it accordingly.
