    How is it remotely misleading?

    The existing approval has been renewed for another 6 months as it was due to expire. They clearly state when that renewal lasts until - Feb 2023.

    Then they provided an update on what is happening with the new GB registration process. This obviously still needs to happen by Feb 2023.

    You being confused doesn't equate to the announcement being misleading.

    SAMR ceases in Feb 2023. It is replaced by GB. They have renewed until Feb. Pretty straight.

    I expect in Feb we will an announcement saying they have obtained GB approval.
