    I am not Bell, but Bell would have evidence for his conclusions.

    I do not know what Bell has discovered but from what I can see from his background, the CEO does not have a good background for a company inflicted by money laundering. the last company that Scott was at was inflicted by an enormous money laundering scandal and the CEO had to resign as a result.

    If Bell is unimpressed, that is not a good sign.

    I fear history will repeat itself. If this CEO leaves, there will be a relief rally.

    A new CEO is needed who can right the ship. With a good background.

    They need to get on top of money laundering and need an army down there to sort it out probably taking quite a long while.
