IMO AVZ will not transfer the 24% to Suzhou until the 15% under dispute with Jin Cheng is resolved and/or they purchase the additional 15% off the DRC Govt . Depending on what happens the deal with Suzhou will either go ahead, be canned, or the % reduced so that AVZ retain at least 51%.

In my opinion AVZ should retain 66% The President of Congo, Felix Tshisekebi is following the case closely. He is cracking down on Chinese corruption and reviewing Chinese mining licences in the Congo. DROC Congo Government will not sell their 10% in Monono project and have a healthy business relationship with AVZ
