Thanks Davisite, yeah I knew it was something around that price.

I stuck it out to the end and received that price for all my CDV shares.

I seem to remember buying the CDV shares for about the same price I own TIE shares, about 35 cents.

    Patience pays off.

Yes, wouldn't it be interesting if we had another player on the register, and I wonder if the ruthless boys at Nordgold are running the numbers to see how they can make a couple of hundred million profit out of TIE, the same way they did with CDV, even though they didn't win the CDV mine at the end, it was still a good result for them, and in the end, whichever way it went, they couldn't lose.

I remember the Ruskies throwing in the first low ball offer at CDV, I think it was for about 55 cents, but the final price was nearly double that, although it took a grueling year or two to get there.

Once the Chinese dig in though, they very rarely lose these battles, because they seem to have an endless pit of money with which to bid.

I'm hoping that when TIE finally gets taken over, the final bid might be closer to $2 or more for a 200,000 ozpa producing mine.

What do you think a mine producing that amount of gold in West Africa at a low AISC would be worth per share, or per market cap?
