Guess nobody will be complaining about not participating in the CR? Can tbe SP rout be a master plan to deflect attention away from the CR?
Still raises lots of questions on the delay. Why suddenly do the CR as if you were unaware of the need? What changed? Approvals of sorts waiting on the government? What were the CR participants told?
