I suspect it's a bit like a duck. Nothing much happening that you can see, but much paddling behind the scenes and we could end up with a flood of contracts in a short space of time.
The USA companies have their end of financial year NOW , BUT I'm not sure when they would have submitted new budgets for the coming year. I would suspect any new contracts might be written in the next 3 months.
