By the looks of it imo 70-80 cents share price will make a good base for a self funded CR without debt going into additional 10k plant. Some would argue that funding partner is waiting for the 10k permit to sign the agreement but I would speculate that JZ is waiting for the share price to reach some point that we can fund it by ourselves, that of course is the best option going long term if our share price is high enough to avoid big dilution.
