What is the first tranche amount, this detail has been left out, thats all CLZ is getting from this deal, the rest of the money is coming from profits from the production as they are made.

It far from 10 mill being granted, even approvals have not been finalised, look at the wording in todays release " Company is continuing to work with DMIRS and other agencies to secure the necessary remaining approvals required to commence on-site processing operations." Keyword remaining approvals.

It does look promising, but keep in mind there are still hurdles in the way, all it takes is due diligence to not be satisfactory and goldvalley withdrawing the deal, and you are left with a company with $420k in the bank that needs to do another cap raise.

I hope this deal goes a lot better , than it did with the Gekko commissioning. Or did they say now , they intend using the Gekko ?
