From my research AVL is the closest to mining and production. It may not be the best but it is the closest.
Vanadium mining and processing is virtually non-existent in Australia as far as I could tell.
I like VRFB batteries that use a vanadium based electrolyte. Great for heavy duty storage and good in regional and remote areas.
