I took a quick a look at the available assay results from the historical hole MTDD008; see map below. Check out the plotted Pd values versus depth assayed in the carbonaceous black shale logged from around 272 - 280m. The current hole MTRC017D is proximal to MTDD008. If the historical assays in MTDD008 are reasonably accurate, we should expect to see elevated Pd assays in the black shale in MTRD017D. That said, I think 325ppb converts to a miserable 0.325 gms/tonne Pd. Let's wait for some more-recent assays of 2020 vintage.
