where did you come from?
if you'd care to read a few of the posts you'd realize the general concensus(even from judge glyny) is that in the event of a chm win(and opinion is its going to be a rather large one) the mmx sp would only suffer a correction and in due course the sp would recover as the market would be happy they could now concentrate on mining iron ore.
so chm view their mmx holding(which is more than likely to be added to substantially after the verdict) as a wise investment.
