MMX holders, The general market (as evidenced by each of the parties SP's) major MMX investors (recently adding to holdings of MMX)..Largest CHM holder selling down over 60 million shares and even ex chairman of chm selling out.....All seems to point to "No substantial win"..and as announced regularily by MMX on legal advice ...Expectation of "Successful outcome" for MMX.......
