You know you can just email ECT if you really want an update, right? Just say: 'hey I'm an ECT stockholder and I want updates on the installation of the gas turbine and overall phase-2'. Just like what I did below, well not exactly because my question was related to the funding for LV project.



But the reality is that it probably won't do much on the SP. ECT needs JV with big players, but that information can't be released to market unless it's a formal instrument of agreement, even if there's some form of communication with others like 'hey we want to trial your system on our power station, but we need to see your demonstration plant's performance first before we make things formal'.

This is probably what happened with GrapheneX's JV, that's why they knew exactly how much each party needs to contribute towards the project, what the CR limit is without informing the investors, and promptly finalise the CR when the JV information is released to the market.

Judging from Glenn's LinkdIn's activity, I don't doubt that things are already happening; why is hiring a dedicated manager necessary? That's another on the payroll of a company with no revenue. Whatever the reason is, it's quite clear that ECT is accelerating its exposure and desperately looking for partners.

But then again, this is all speculations, quite an optimistic one at that. I have plenty of FUD as well, but I don't think we need any of that.

By the way, the current drop in SP is likely caused by this guy selling 13M between Jan-Jun, with probably a even lower holding next time we get an update on 1st Oct about top 40 holders.

Besides him, There are a lot of others accumulating their positions between this time period, some of them from the most recent CR, others are just insto-level individual investors like this one.


Speaking the CR, 166M shares just got issued, but poll of the top 40 holder only increased by 42M, meaning that a large portion of the remaining 124M shares are held by individuals with less than 5M of share each. That's not a great outlook IMO. At least this makes the share flow harder to track.
