D&D will lower the TO price back to their first offer (or even lower now)... pick up LNK's PEXA scrip and dump the rest, or they will walk with ease. It's clear the market has known about this since the offer, hence the price stagnated considerably lower than the TO price. LNK has been nothing more than a trading vehicle for the big boys since the very first faux TO offer from the first suitors now over a year back.
