I made no such reference to shorters. A cursory check of the ASX rules, indicates you can't hold more than 20% without a specified exemption. including a takeover bid, a scheme of arrangement, with target shareholder approval, under a creep acquisition (3% every 6months) etc.
im looking at the dots, and to me a picture is forming. Including is it cheaper to buy the shares in this company than to buy the shares in the actual target company that they already have shares in?
