Ohhhhh.... and Sensible speculation with PDI --- eg. Take over possibility (similar to CDV ---Cardinal, last year ---yes, I owned CDV)
Sensible speculation is NOT "off topic".... It IS an essential part of Stock Market involvement!
So, to "take over"speculation = CANT happen until Protected Land area is sorted.
Certainly not at premium SP.... I get the feeling that such is the reason for stagnating SP = BIG Players are positioning their share accumulation, as the WEAK Hands SELL their parcels.
I would like to know more about the Protected Nature area ..... BUT, we must wait.
