It sounds worse than the terms given to Crown. SGR needs to consider the property and other non casino assets. Most of the current SP should be covered with these if the worst does happen.
I love it how the actual wrong doers, i.e. the previous management got off Scott free and shareholders/8000 regular employees who had no idea of the situation are the ones punished!
