Haha, it has in the past but not anymore with SWM. The parcels I grabbed in the 36 cent range were the ones I sold in the 50 cent range the other day. I will however be lowering my holdings until I'm completely out. The market is always forward looking, however SWM is massively manipulated and the lack of urgency for the buy back is just another insult to shareholders.
