Their timeframe for when this happens coincides with the likely following events from AGY:
1. Commencement of 2,000tpa production of Lithium Carbonate,
2. Approval for a 10,000tpa expansion,
3. Finance for expansion plus offtake for current and future production,
4. Exploration at Tonopah
In other words, AGY will be hitting some major milestones which are company transforming in a raging hot share market. In the share market timing is everything, it looks like AGY (and its shareholders) are going to get lucky.
