the speculation is spin off will be listed in US and valued along the multiples of ALB, SQM, LAC, LIVENT, the investment banker involved feels lithium stocks are undervalued on the ASX, and the spin off entity will be valued as a pure lithium play as opposed to now being valued as a iron ore/ lithium buisness, hence if shareholders feel min is worth a lot more so is pls
