so what is aez really worth, could anyone, buy similar buildings, with the same debt levels etc for 29 million???
I think its so undervalued, i am biased, however if vpg with nta is 10.5c we should be at least that witha ez.
Hopefully the skeletons will remain in the cloaet for tomorrows report. We could see a decent bounce imo, not many sellers wanting out , that is a good sign.
Orbis still holding 19.9 % and APN have 45 mill shares, so with a vested interest they would want aez to head north.
