Thanks for the analysis 7m7. Bank has clearly written down the farms value as well, hence the deep discount capital raise to protect their loan.
Hall thinks value is higher, he was happy paying 4.9 cents last month, before he probably got wind of the banks demands, so suppose that says it all. Probably a good trade to participate, but liquidity is so rubbish and my position too large after that massive volume dump to 2 cents.
