Item 4 seeks approval of issue of securities under the Performance Incentive Plan to Scott McMillan. Vesting conditions are subject to satisfaction of a number of key performance indicators set by the Board. These consist of a majority of financial metrics which will be measured against the financial accounts for the relative financial year. The financial metrics KPI's have not been disclosed. Last FY the criteria was 'Meet or exceed a PBT of $62.4m for the financial year'. Clearly this was not met and Performance Rights lapsed. Before casting my vote I would be interested to learn what criteria has been set by the Board for 2023.
