Nah, I wrong as well.... It might be the outcome that I was expecting but it wasn't the right thesis to get there so that's just as bad except at least I'm not caught by surprise.
I wrote a post in a different stocks thread extrapolating why this time is like no other as the game has changed in so many places which makes it so much harder to predict what is happening. The rate of change in everything has just been ramped up and the business cycle shortened . I'm no expert but spend a lot of time watching and listening to expert interviews. So my thoughts are just a summary of their brains.
Most probable case I see us going sideways for a few months with high volatility. worst case we we test or break through the lows of june. I do think though that in 12-18 months the bull rally will be on again and they will be cutting rates as they pushed too far.
Honestly that's one of the reasons I think I like investing, Its not just about making dollars (although that's what drew me here initially), It's the mental gymnastics of trying to figure it all out. That's why I enjoy the convo we have had so thanks. Its not about being right for me either its about trying to learn so hopefully it never comes across like that as i have no doubt 99% of the posters here have more experience than me.
Just hoping despite the economic $%it show we find our selves in i hope for all of us that baz can get this funding sorted and soon. We all know if he does they will be printing money once in production.... might need it to prop up a few other bad decisions i've made.
