Yes that is the place. I got the 2600m2 from their announcement. The following is a description from the agents advert.

The property is on two levels as the block slopes. I suspect the 1586sqm is the top floor and the 1000sqm is downstairs and accessed from Cullen St but I could be wrong. I will check it out further.
