Change of Company Secretary
Megaport Limited (ASX:MP1) (Company or Megaport) wishes to advise, in accordance with ASX
Listing Rule 3.16.1, that Emily McCaffery has been appointed as Company Secretary of Megaport,
effective today.
Emily holds degrees in Law and Commerce from the University of Auckland and a graduate
diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia. Emily is a
Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of
Australia.
Further to this appointment, Celia Pheasant has resigned as Company Secretary of Megaport
effective today. The Board wishes to thank Celia for her services to the Company since 2014.
For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Emily McCaffery will be the person responsible for
communications between the Company and ASX.
