Hi gassed,Yes the performance targets written into the contract were well considered and now paying off. Now Lake has the financial clout to insist. Before they had to plead.Nothing like financial "incentives" Just playing the game for which the US wrote the rules. Pin them down now and you will find future targets will start to fall into place
