Wow, the hype train is in overdrive this morning.

Remember, guys, there 140 million reasons why people want to bring this stock down and they’re working in force to do it. First, everyone is mentioning “legal proceedings”. Arbitration is explicitly not legal proceedings. There’s no mention of courts or lawyers or a legal battle anywhere in this statement.

Next, why the dispute here over dates? Probably because our CEO suddenly left and a few emails have been missed while we sorted out bigger issues this quarter.

And what is the dispute? Brilliant results now or in two months. Oh no. Will the price go to $2.00 in September or in November? I’m happy with either.

And lastly, Lilac and Lake are equally invested and committed to this. Lilac can’t mine and have no tenements, Lake can’t extract. Both have millions invested. Both need each other. Both are working towards the bigger picture with each other.

The SP will get belted this week, the tree will shake, and weak hands will sell. Good. Put shares in stronger hands, I say.

We’re fine. The fundamentals are fine. The bottom line is fine. The companies are fine. There’s just an argument right over working 8 hour days or 12 hour days for a few weeks, probably because we’ve had no CEO for three months.
