Most of the modelling was done before the indicative offer came trough, otherwise they wouldn't be able to come up with a target price for the buyout. DD is pretty much confirming their assumptions, checking the projects' financing terms, current management structure and making sure the hydro project is on the right track, so there is no skeletons, which can cause issues in the future. This shouldn't take more than 60 days for a company sized like GNX.
